Viva Fresh Expo postponed, at least, due to coronavirus

Viva Fresh Expo 2020, scheduled for April 29-May 2 in San Antonio, will not go on as planned due to concerns of the spread of the coronavirus, it was announced March 12.

The Texas International Produce Association (TIPA) and Viva Fresh Steering Committee, which administer the show, posted a statement to the event’s website.

“Because the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, staff and volunteers are our number one priority, we will not be moving forward with the Viva Fresh Expo as scheduled on April 29-May 2. We are reviewing options for either postponement or cancellation and we’ll keep you updated on our progress.
In the meantime, our valued sponsors, exhibitors and paid attendees have the option to receive full credit that can be applied to the 2021 Viva Fresh Expo.”
