United Fresh appoints McDonald’s leader to board of directors
Sarah Grady has been appointed to fill an open seat on the United Fresh Board of Directors. Grady is the U.S. strategic supply chain Manager at McDonald’s Corporation for produce, fruit, potato and beverage categories.
Grady is focused on strengthening strategic partnerships with McDonald’s produce and fruit suppliers along with other companies throughout the industry to address and find solutions to the important issues affecting the produce and fruit supply chains.
Grady replaces Shannon Mikulskis of Chick-fil-A on the board, who resigned due to a change in her time availability to participate in meetings.
Grady is a current member of the Retail-Foodservice Board at United Fresh, and will take on the vice chairmanship of that board. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Knox College and an MBA from Kellstadt School of Business at DePaul University. Sarah is also a board member of the Illinois Medical District Guesthouse Foundation.
