Registration now open for Food Safety Summit

Registration is now open for the Food Safety Summit conference and expo, set for May 12-15, 2025 in Rosemont, Illinois.

The three-day event will explore critical issues facing the North American food industry. The program features educational seminars, industry and government speakers, hands-on workshops, certification courses, networking events and a large exhibition floor.

The event draws leaders from regulatory and academic communities as well as growers, processors, retailers, distributors, foodservice providers, testing laboratories, importing/exporting companies, law firms and other food safety professionals.

The exhibit hall will give attendees a chance to meet more than 175 solutions providers and delve into specific subjects at Tech Tents and on the Solutions Stage, while the Community Hub and the Community Lounge will provide additional industry networking opportunities.
