H-2A Webinar Tomorrow

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration (ETA) will hold a webinar tomorrow, March 25, from 10-11:30 a.m. EDT, for employers seeking temporary agricultural workers.

The webinar will educate stakeholders on the new labor certification process for H-2A agricultural guestworkers under the final regulations that took effect this month, and will include details about application filing requirements and compliance with other procedures included in the H-2A 2010 Regulations. On March 15, a new final H-2A guest worker rule became effective that reverses many of the changes made to the H-2A program under the Bush administration.
