Earthbound Farm adds new Kale Caesar to line of PowerMeal Bowls

Earthbound Farm launched the certified organic Kale Caesar PowerMeal Bowl just in time for summer picnicking and road tripping.

This ready-to-eat salad is the fourth and newest flavor in the popular line of single-serve bowls, and is available in 5.5 oz clamshell. Together with the three original flavors – Asian Noodle, Southwest and Spinach Quinoa — the full line of PowerMeal Bowls were redesigned to better communicate ingredients and flavors, according to the company.

The new Kale Caesar expands the line with a contemporary twist on the traditional Caesar Salad. Tender leaf nutrient-dense baby kale pairs with toppings and a slightly spicy dressing.

In addition, new salad dressings are included in the Asian Noodle and Spinach Quinoa salads. Spinach Quinoa now comes with a tasty organic red balsamic vinaigrette, and Asian Noodle includes an organic tangy tahini soy vinaigrette.

Kale Caesar includes tender baby kale, crunchy red and green cabbage, and sweet shredded carrots packaged together with roasted sunflower seeds, tangy aged parmesan cheese, crunchy multi grain croutons and a spicy lite Caesar dressing.
