Church Brothers to offer Kale Crunch at PMA show

Church Brothers, a leading grower/processor/shipper of more than 500 fresh vegetable SKUs, will debut its newest foodservice salad blend in booth #1333 at PMA Fresh Summit Atlanta

The new salad, Kale Color Crunch, is a multi-use vegetable blend that includes Rainbow kale, Brussels sprouts, Napa and red cabbage, Radicchio and carrots.  What makes this six-component salad blend different is its vibrant color pallet, according to Church Brothers.

In addition, the company will display its popular eco-friendly, sustainably farmed product line including second crop baby chards and spinach that uses 50 percent less water to grow; and share its first company commercial on PMAtv.
