Cauliflower chicken tenders coming from CAULIPOWER
CAULIPOWER, a maker of cauliflower pizza crusts, pizzas and tortillas, is launching a line of frozen chicken tenders. Flavors will include Original and Spicy(ish). The U.S. market for breaded chicken tenders, strips and nuggets is $1.15 billion.
Arriving in stores nationwide in the fall, the latest product from CAULIPOWER will be the only baked not fried chicken tenders available at retail. The crispy coating is veggie-forward, packed with cauliflower and other gluten-free goodness and contains no artificial ingredients. Nutritional information includes: 480 calories for an entire 14-ounce bag, which is the lowest among the 60 products in the MULO2 channel. Also, there is no saturated fat, 30% fewer net cards and 22% more protein.
CAULIPOWER chicken tenders come in a resealable pack and will be available at over 4,200 selected national and regional retailers in September. The MSRP is between $8.99 to $9.99.

The tenders are made from Naked Truth Premium Chicken rated Global Animal Partnership (GAP) Step 2 that’s raised with no antibiotics and are cage-free.
CAULIPOWER will debut its latest innovation at the Specialty Food Association’s Summer Fancy Food Show held Sunday, June 23-25 at New York City’s Javits Center (booth #2545).
