Church Brothers Farms to debut Baby Kale Medley at SEPC

Church Brothers Farms, a grower, processor and shipper of more than 500 fresh vegetable SKUs, announced it will display its full line of value added items at SEPC 2016 in booth #503. The company will also display its new Kale Color Crunch.

In addition, the company will debut a new item, Baby Kale Medley, a blend of black-green and red baby kale leaves with wild arugula in a 3×1-pound bag now selling to the foodservice channel.  Arugula gives the layered blend a mild nutty to peppery flavoring combined with the earthy flavor of baby kale, the company said.

Jeff Church, vice president of sales, said the strength of attending this regional show is in the ability it affords to connect with customers in a one day show format.
