New interpack alliance brand introduced for trade fairs

Messe Düsseldorf has introduced a new umbrella brand, “interpack alliance.” The new label includes all international events organized by Messe Düsseldorf within its processing and packaging portfolio.interpack_alliance_logo

Exhibitors and visitors will recognize these trade fairs by the new “interpack alliance” logo which has been modeled after the interpack logo. It is also planned to standardize the visual appearance of the individual events according to the interpack design and colors.

In addition to interpack itself (Düsseldorf, Germany) — the flagship trade fair after which the new label is named – the interpack alliance includes upakovka (Moscow), food pex (Shanghai), china pharm (Shanghai), bulk pex (Shanghai), pacpro Asia (Shanghai), packtech India/food pex India (Mumbai, India), components (Düsseldorf), food processing & packaging exposyum (Nairobi, Africa), indopack (Jakarta, Indonesia) and process expo (Chicago). The four Chinese trade fairs take place every two years in a combined event known as Shanghai World of Packaging (swop). The food processing & packaging exposyum (December) and upakovka (January 2017) will be the first trade fairs displaying the new visual identity.

Messe Düsseldorf had already re-aligned itself last year and regrouped both the leadership and operative responsibilities for trade fairs inside and outside Germany into four thematic portfolios, the company said. In addition, special topics such as SAVE FOOD will in the future also be part of the interpack alliance trade fairs.
