Apple Growers Sue Over ‘SweeTango’ Agreement

A group of Minnesota apple growers filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the University of Minnesota and Pepin Heights Orchard, Inc., alleging that an exclusive license agreement between the two involving the popular SweeTango apple violates public policy, state anti-trust laws and the Minnesota State Constitution.
