Anuga FoodTec 2018 registration now open

The registration period for Anuga FoodTec, March 20-23, 2018, has kicked off with early registration now open. Registration forms can be downloaded on the Anuga FoodTec website. The early bird discount applies until May 31, 2017.

The top theme of Anuga FoodTec in 2018 is resource efficiency and this topic will be addressed by all sections of the trade fair. Of key importance here is reinforcing the competitiveness with the aim of using less energy and water through optimization of the production process and a reduction in food loss. ProFood Tech, the new supplier trade fair for the food industries of markets in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, is also picking up on the resource efficiency theme in its supporting program.

Anuga FoodTec has been experiencing growth for years: between 2009 and 2015 the attendance figures rose up to over 45,000 (+35 percent), over the same period of time the number of exhibitors increased up to approximately 1,500 (+25 percent). The number of foreign trade visitors was over 54 percent, the share of international exhibitors was 56 percent. The visitors at Anuga FoodTec 2015 came from 139 countries.

The next Anuga FoodTec will take place March 20-23, 2018 in Cologne, Germany. The trade fair is jointly organized by Koelnmesse and the German Agricultural Society (DLG).
