Sabert Corporation acquires Kalman Packaging
Sabert Corporation, a global food service packaging manufacturer, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Kalman Packaging Inc. (Kalman), a North Carolina based manufacturer of thermoformed plastic hinged food containers, focused on the bakery/supermarket sector.
As the food industry continues to grow, expand and differentiate, Sabert Corporation makes it a priority to keep an eye on growing trends, providing customers with a broad offering of food packaging products and solutions, the company said in a news release.
